Release and Waiver: Participant(s) hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE ANDĬOVENANT NOT TO SUE the Cure with Love Strategies LLC, and their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives and agents the Spark Box™ summer initiative sponsors, partners, and their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives and agents the summer initiative vendors and their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives and agents and summer initiative volunteers the summer initiative facility and their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Releasees”), from and for any liability resulting from any personal injury, accident or illness (including death), and/or property loss, however caused, arising from, or in any way related to, Participant’s participation in the Spark Box™ summer initiative. Participants forfeit their enrollment in the Spark Box™ summer initiative after one (1) missed pick-up and Spark Box™ reserves the right to allocate the remaining activity boxes to another participant. Participants who have confirmed their reservation will forfeit their Spark Box™ reservation if not picked up by 2:30 PM on the pick-up date Participants will receive an email notification regarding when and where to pick-up Spark Box™ activity boxes. Participants enrolled in the Spark Box™ summer initiative that have confirmed their reservation will shall receive eight (8) total Spark Box™ activity boxes over the course of eight (8) weeks.
